Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any of the coaching programs.

It all depends on your situation and goals. These programs aren't for someone looking for a quick fix. Our goal is to make long lasting lifestyle changes. The minimum requirement to start is 3 months. It can take anywhere from 3 months to a year to see results.

Paid in full: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or Credit/debit cards.

Payment plans: Credit/debit cards

It's recommended to pay in full to get the best price possible. Also, the more months you commit to the less overall investment. Payment must be made before we begin.

As a client, you will have access to me via the Trainerize Fitness app. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours. If you are part of a plan that includes monthly check-ins we will meet for 30 minutes, as needed, via Zoom.

Absolutely!

Due to the time commitment and communication required to create an effective program, Unlimited Psyche, LLC does not provide refunds once an initial payment has been made. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.

If you’re on a payment plan, you are agreeing with payments to be taken out the same day every month until the end of the commitment period. 

Once the initial commitment period is over, you have the option to pre-pay for another 3, 6, or 12 month plan or continue on a month to month bases.
