Refund policy

• We will happily accept returned items for store credit within 14 days of the ship date.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged or they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit via email.
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the ship date.
• All customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
• Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. 
• If we find that the items are not refundable, they will be returned to you at your expense.
• Digital products or programs are not refundable.

Sale/Clearance items marked down by 30% or more are final sales and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Prior to returning any items, please contact us at hello@unlimitedpsyche.com with your name, item(s), order number, and reason for your return.
